About Me

Hey! I don't like talking about myself, so this is a bit of placeholder text until I can get around to creating a nice bio.

A-Z of Favourite Characters (Links may contain spoilers!)

Fanlistings

Here's a bunch of alphabetical lists of things that I love!

They're not necessarily the best things I've ever seen. Rather, they are the things I like to chat and think about most.

Each entry gets a stamp that I've either made myself, or collected from another fan of said thing. If you notice that an entry is empty and you've made a stamp that would fit, please get into contact with me!

Movies

Batman
(1966)
This film gets maligned as stupid or unrealistic. But that's literally the point. It's a screwball comedy for kids and it's so goddamn funny.
Batman
(2022)
My favourite superhero film. I love the true dark noir tone. I like that it's an actual detective story. And the performances are incredible.
Beetlejuice (1988) I've watched this film more than any other. And it keeps getting funnier everytime I see it. Don't talk to me about the musical.
Coraline (2009) Delightfully spooky. Has a twee aesthetic that is completely its own and was completely entrancing to me as a child.
Dune:
Part Two
(2024)
I also love the first Dune film! And the book! Space science-fiction at its best, according to me - somebody who kinda hates space sci-fi.
Hoodwinked! (2005) Ugly animation, amazing writing.
IT
(2017)
Came out at a very difficult time in my life, which helped solidify it as the ultimate cozy horror film for me. Cheers me up every time.
Little Shop of Horrors
(1986)
One of the greatest musicals ever made. Non-stop bangers, great puppetry, wonderful.
The Matrix (1999) This entry represents the entire trilogy. Absolute peak hype moments and aura.
Nosferatu (2024) Gorgeous. Gothic horror at its best.
Phantom of the Paradise (1977) Massively underrated 1970s musical. Campy as hell, but also genuinely good.
Scream
(1996)
I put off watching this for too long as somebody who doesn't care for slasher movies. Now it's my favourite horror franchise!
Watership Down
(1979)
Absolutely grim. Made me obsessed with rabbits. This site would not be called RabbitNET without this movie.

Television

Batman
(1966)
So fucking funny oh my god.
Chiikawa
(2022)
Has some of the most bonkers and wonderful world building I have ever seen in a slice of life anime.
Code Lyoko
(2003)
Very ugly CGI. But it may be the best monster of a week kids TV show.
Hannibal
(2013)
There was a time when Sherlock fans used to get into arguments with Hannibal fans about how their show was better. Lol. Lmao, even.
My Little Pony
(2010)
Yes, I was a brony.
Naruto
(2008)
Awful show, but it's also one of the first animes I ever loved.
Pushing Daisies
(2008)
Incredibly unique piece of television. Whimsical and dark in equal parts. Production design like no other. Cancelled in its prime.
Severance
(2022)
Deeply funny and uncomfortable. It has wonderful mystery and suspense, and it's all in aid of very unique but accurate corporate satire.
Succession
(2018)
Truly one of the greatest dramas ever put on television.
Stranger Things
(2016)
Most of the seasons are kind of bad. But god damn I love these funky kids and their funky adventures.
The X-Files (1999) Perfect protagonists. Excellent monster of the week episodes. Great over-arching villains. Love it.

Books

Dune
(1965)
Political fantasy sci-fi in space. Incredible characterisation. So much to think about.
Goosebumps
(1992)
This represents the entire Goosebumps media empire. Love these silly spooky books.
The Great Gatsby
(1925)
Hey, this Gatsby guy is pretty great, huh?
(No... No he isn't)
House of Leaves
(2000)
You probably already know this book is good.
IT
(1986)
Incredibly messy book. Could do with a lot of editing. I'm happy that I read it... I think?
REMIX
(2008)
A must read for anybody interested in art, copyright, piracy, and the Web. Read it for free on the Internet Archive.
A Series of Unfortunate Events (1999) The greatest childrens' book series. Totally unique prose, humour, and worldbuilding. My favourite entry is either The Hostile Hospital or The Reptile Room.
Something Wicked This Way Comes (1962) Maybe my favourite book of all time. Deeply dark and whimsical, with themes that appeal to both the young and old.

Video-Games

Alice: Madness Returns
(2011)
Super clunky gameplay, but the aesthetic is so Hot Topic Lolita beautiful.
Dramatical Murder
(2012)
Note: This game is very NSFW and very dark. First ending I got made me feel sick, even though it was one of the good endings. Praise yaoi Jesus.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
(2006)
The best Zelda game. Don't @ me.
Life is Strange
(2015)
Very relatable game for me as a bisexual artistic teenager.
MySims Agents
(2009)
Best game in the MySims franchise. Really bland gameplay, but really wonderful writing and character designs.
Monster Hunter: World
(2018)
Light Bowgun User for life.
Project Diva Mega-Mix+
(2022)
I'm so bad at it. But I will suffer for Miku.
Portal 2
(2011)
One of, if not the, greatest puzzle games ever made.
Resident Evil
(2002)
This represents basically the entire franchise. My favourite entry is Code Veronica X.
Rimworld
(2013)
If I could pick one game to play for the rest of my life, it would be Rimworld.
The Sims 3
(2009)
My first PC Sims game. Love the open world. Wish the sims were less ugly.
Silent Hill
(1999)
Some of the best atmosphere on the PS1. Does not need a remake - it's perfect as it is.
Silent Hill 2
(2001)
Possibly the greatest video game ever made. And yes, I have played it.
Silent Hill 3
(2003)
A must play for women who love horror. The vibes are immaculate. Heather Mason is one of my favourite characters in fiction.
Silent Hill 4
(2004)
Absolutely incredible concept with absolutely terrible gameplay. But when it hits, it hits. Also helped introduce me to yaoi.
Skyrim
(2011)
Aggressively mediocre RPG, but oh boy the vibes!! And the modding potential!!
Stardew Valley
(2016)
The perfect farming game. I wouldn't change a thing about it.
Terraria
(2011)
So much content, customisation and exploration in this game. Every new save feels like embarking on a new, exciting adventure.
UB Funkeys
(2007)
Incredibly mediocre attempt at toys to life, but very nostalgic for me.
X-Com 2
(2016)
Another game I could happily play for the rest of my life. I am so bad at it and yet I love it deeply. I strongly recommend playing it with this mod.

Art Fight

Art Fight is the most wonderful time of the year! You can find my account here.

Art Fight is an art trading event for OC artists that happens every July for the entire month. Players upload references for their original characters, and then sort themselves into two teams. You earn points for your team by creating art of somebody else's character.

Here's a bunch of awards and other stuff related to my time on Artfight!
